Reclaimed Chair(s) (special project)
The Huntington Prop Shop acquired these two pieces from another theatre employee who found them out in the wild. I performed maintenance/rehab on them as a side project during my apprenticeship. Sadly, the initial Covid-19 lockdown prevented me from finishing my work on either chair. However, I was still able to clean the chairs and remove the old material attached to them; I was also able to apply webbing to both and upholster them in muslin. Only one was destined to be covered in a show fabric.
